Cleveland, is a unique city.  I used to run the Bonnie Bell Contest once a year and the tour started from downtown, East into a scary area, then into Shaker Hts which is an area that most people can't afford.  Around Shaker Hts, back into the EastSide and into Cleveland again.  We would then travel West to the limits and then back into downtown past their
stadium to the finish line.  One think I learned is most people who work in downtown, live outside the City, mostly to the West and South West Suburbs. Lakewood is just one of those Western towns.  But what is most important things is to be close to a major SCI hospital and benefits.
Chose once, chose wisely and best wishes!

Shaker Hts has been going down hill too. Strange, but it's located in the middle of two VERY BAD neighbor hoods. One block, your where you DON'T want to be then your in Shaker Hts. Your still correct thou, expensive...I wouldn't feel comfortable living there. I was going to add Lakewood too.
