Wecome to the world of "In Your Face Parking," Stacy. Its not very
nice for
the weak at heart.
I've suggested those orange pine cones attached to a chain, which can be
used
defensively to prevent those, In Your Face Parkers.
You won't have to use it all of the time, but will come in handy when you
really need it.
Those who try to move the cone, after you lay it, are "Fodder" to whatever
you deem
safe.
