Ya, the ombudsman for MediCARE. A great lady who understood our plea and dilemmas of being on MediCARE only but had limited discourse herself. Why? Because MEDICARE has no teeth!
Home health agencies get away with murderous activity and our gov't doesn't do squat. I've fought this for 6 yrs now. The Medicare ombudsman we talked to for 5 yrs has moved on (can't blame her) to work for an area on aging.
