I'm in Ohio too. Getting modifications from waiver is like molesting polar bears. There is an annual limit of like 4 thousand and change. It is designed to get you into a nursing home and stop taking the good parking spaces! I tried writing the newspaper and some guy that is on the tv news and helps people with such problems. Good luck. I still think the fastest way to get the money is to beg in front of county buildings. They only send you to the hospital and you can get a shower.
