I was wondering, does anyone use the company Pegasus Airwave to supply you with an alternating wheelchair cushion? If so, have you experienced any problems with the company? I have a cushion from them which for the first few years has allowed me 100% freedom from pressure sores. I was told Med-cal paid for the cushion when I first received it. When the cushion malfunctioned and was in need of repair I called Pegasus who then informed me that no repairs could be done. Apparently, Medi-cal never paid for it and now not only will it not be repaired but they want it back unless I buy it. If they knew it was never paid for why did they give it to me and why hasn't anyone informed me of this over the past two years? There's a lot more but for now I just want to know if anyone else has trouble.
Also, if you use any type of alternating cushion trouble free, what company did you use?
