[QUAD-L] Move your car please...again

Living in a populated area, has its problems when it comes to the population.  But you must carry alot of tools in your handicap tool box, when on the road.  I have the telephone number of each police capt in the area.  When stupid people do stupid things, it requires intelligent intervention to SHOCK a citizen into getting "Smarter By The Dollar"  The police are called and a ticket is issued on the violator's vehicle.  Sometimes they learn quickly.  While other times it takes 100 tickets at $150 each and increasing. Try not to take it personal.  It happens to everyone. Forgive Them...... then make them pay. My Mom found the owner of the car under a hair dryer, OK, so her hairdresser backed the car so I could get up the ramp THEN moved it back to the EXACT spot and block me again. I had to explain to the hairdresser to "just leave the car backed up enough for me to go up and down the ramp" Duhh
