Hi Brien,
If you don't receive a full refund go to your BBB and let Planet Mobility know they could get a e-mail campaign going against them. I really don't think they want the bad press.

Has anybody purchased anything from planet mobility? I just bought a very expensive pressure relief mattress. I received a used, smelled like cigarettes, with a repair order in the box saying baffles 3 and 4 were repaired. Also included were a very scuffed up, dirty bottom pad. All this for a mere $3,250!!!Needless ! to say I sent it right back and demanded
a complete refund. I am, at this point, crossing my fingersWhom among us has had nuthin but problems from dme suppliers and what is the best agency or ombudsman to report this kind of issue?haveaniceweekend,BrienOn Mar 30, 2006, at 3:12 PM, Danny Hearn wrote:

Even though I have an indwelling Foley, that has happened to me a couple of times in the last 26 years. And a couple of times is more than enough. Nothing really happened as far as trauma but it should not have happened in all.And it has always been during taking my clothes off. When we train new aides we emphasize the importance of the catheter and not being wiggle! d or jiggled or moved at all. If time and care is taken there is no reason it should happen in all. My problem is that even if it gets moved and tugged it a little bit it causes excruciating lower abdominal pain. My hypersensitivity kicking in.Lower abdominal pain, for me, seems to be the absolute worst as far as pain goes. I will take my chronic back pain almost any day rather than to have lower abdominal pain.!You should be fineLori-------Original Message-------Today when my wife was taking off my pants for shower and bowel routine...she said my catheter hose got tangled and it pulled completely out of my stomach by accident while the balloon was still inflated. This was a 1st for that happening. We just put in a fresh one and all seems ok........ne! ver could reach my urologist. Has this ever happened to any of you ? I guess all is ok...It only slightly bled very little when we put in a new catheter. Thanks, Dan c-6 going on 9 years post and had supra pubic about 5 years.
