Fraud is something that has to be proven beyond the doubt and could be
costly trying to prove.
The prudent approach is getting your facts together and sitting down with a
lawyer for free and presenting them with only the facts you have. You may
have a case for cause or you may not. Once you know that you have a firm
base for cause, I'm sure the attorney will be glad to represent you.... for a
fee ofcourse.
