Rare is the individual that develop their own program. You should start with a physical therapist who knows YOUR body and what it is capable of doing. Developing the muscle without causing fatigue is an artform. Once you know what you are doing thru guidance, you can do it yourself, but in the beginning even professionals use certified trainers. My new PT./OT's said that since I have some Tricep usage after SCI, trace amount, that if I work on building them up I should succeed. Those with Triceps, do you do any exercises or just constant usage? Thanks, Amye
