I got a Temperpedic queen size adjustable bed, has a wireless remote to operate the legs and head , even had vibrating modes. The bed is great....its firm enough to transfer, but gives you plenty of pressure relief. I sleep on my stomach to give my butt a vbreak at night , and even with my knees digging in the matress, Ive yet to have even a sore on my knees. I had my dad adjust the casters on the bed so the matress is even with my chair, and he screwed my headboard to the wall and mounted a bar on the headboard for me to grab to assist myself in rollovers. Add a remote ceiling fan to this and you got a working system. I also took the carpet out of my room and added tile, so cleanups are a breeze.
