Yes they have sizes that fit hospital beds.
Rehabilitation services paid for it.
No I wouldn't recommend this mattress, I've had for about 5 months and there's already an indention in it and there are better mattresses out there for the same price which wasn't cheap.

Those of you who are using this Comfort Direct mattress, does it work with a standard hospital bed as far as raising and lowering the head of the bed? Were you able to get insurance or Medicare/Medicaid to pay for it? Would you recommend the mattress if they had not improperly used your testimonial?
