Rugged testing is a must BEFORE signing anything. Curbs, sidewalks, ramps, grass and a pothole if you can find one not bigger than the chair.
If they won't let you, head for the door, they'll give in.
Don't let them promise you anything w/o getting it in writing (including warranty and local repair contact).
Don't compromise AT ALL. Demand prompt service for any defects that pop up PRIOR to signing.
If it isn't right, don't sign.
