I had one of those. The latch is actually a trunk lid latch that has been
adapted. As folks here know, I did not have very good luck with it.

Same lockdown as the E-Z Lock, only thing instead of the bolt sticking down
and catching branches, garden hoses, etc, the bolt is on the van floor.
The Latchlock is bolted onto a heavy steel bracket that is bolted at four
places on the Storm Arrow chair. I've been using one for 12 years and
worked
every time.
