yea on my chairs i build a course for them to try uphills, downhills, bumps, curbs, gravel, sand ........ have fun :-)

If they won't let you, head for the door, they'll give in.
Don't let them promise you anything w/o getting it in writing (including warranty and local repair contact).
Don't compromise AT ALL. Demand prompt service for any defects that pop up PRIOR to signing.
If it isn't right, don't sign.
Remember your last chair.
Tell them you'll gladly sign AFTER it is fitted and meets your approval NOT before.
