It looks great AND I was instantly comfortable in it. WOW the tilt & recline are beautiful, I never had this option in 33 years.  They tweaked many things, made a list of little things here and there to be done BEFORE I sign for it. They are only 3 miles away if I need anything modified after signing anyway.   After I tried the chair for a while and transferred in to my old one, they did want me to sign for it. But I told them after you do the adjustments and I test drive it at home, then I'll sign.   Thanks to you all I knew what to do ~ thanks. Especially you stunt, thank for remembering how awful the chair I'm in now was and is.    Just needed to tell somebody who understands.        Bobbie
