Hey Greg,
i know what you mean, I went through the same crap and I bought a remote control ceiling fan to cool off with and I bought a heated blanket which some people say are dangerous but I don't put it directly on me I put a thin blanket between me the blanket so it can't burn you and I can turn it off when I get warm which takes a while usually. The combination seems to work pretty good but nothings perfect.

Subject: [QUAD-L] Tingling, Burning, Cold

Speaking of the burning, cold, tingles. Now that the weather is getting warmer, I wake up at night feeling not only to hot but too cool.  I pulled the covers down because my body feels over heated, but then my arms tingle feeling like they are too cold. Like last night, it was 75 degrees in my room, I woke up feeling almost sick from being too hot. But my arms felt cold. I could feel the heat coming from under my blanket, but I took my temp and it was 97.5. I just can’t find the right temps to keep my room. I hate to keep my whole house at 70 at night, when the temps are high outside. But then keep the house at 78 when it’s 60 outside. These body feelings just don’t make much sense.

Greg.
