Hi LQ,
That cushion is kind of what mine will be, but mine will be custom made to help with my seating. Bad seating will but the spine out of alignment pretty quick. Those look like they would help.

Has anyone tried this cushion? I am having major sitting problems, my left pevic bone wants to stay forward. My therapist has suggested looking into new cushions.I'm looking at this version - Saddle Anti-Thrust Cushion. Prevents the ischials from thrusting forward, helping to keep the user from sliding forward. Low-profile front reduces leg elevation. 1" (2.5cm) anti-thrust shelf at the middle reduces sacral sitting. Thanks for info...LQ
