I've been a Quad about 30 years, too. I do ROM for my leg spasms, and take 30mg Diazepam to help with the spasms. I started taking 15mg of Diazepam 30 years ago and have increased to 30 over that time with no side effects. I would see the side effects if I stopped the Diazepam. If the spasms get too bad I will start to look for something wrong causing them.
