Please help me with this. i NEED TO BE REMOVED FROM THE LIST AND i DON'T REMEMBER HOW TO DOIT. i ASKED ONCE BEFORE SEVERAL WEEKS AGO AND I still have hundreds of e-mails that I can't deal with.
