Hi There,
Your personal story saddens me and I hope that you are doing much better.  The laws that
apply here is the USA, are much different than laws elsewhere.  Because of that, our justice
system is much different than that in SaudiLand.  And one could also say that Saudi Justice, is much different than justice in other countries.  I wouldn't want to mislead you.
I would continue to pursue your action within the framework of your legal system and I hope the very best for you.

I am a quad, c3 , incomplete,8years post.I sustained  an injury on my head that had left a compression on my cervical spine. But I was not paralyzedexcept for weaknesses on my arms and legs. I was fully independent and was active.Anyway I was referred to saudiarabia for further treatment(from Ethiopia ). The operated on me but I became quadriplegic as a result of the doctors mistake. This was proved by an independent doctor. Infact the hospital has kept me under it's care , inpatient for three years.
I have sued the hospital before going back home(five years ago).I have submitted all the evidences--disability report, video(pre and post operation). The regional medicolegal committee where the case has been suspending for five years could not decide.Indeed the committee has asked us to agree and the hospital wanted to pay something very minimal(about five thousand dollars) and close the case.I know this Is not a compensation for a 100% disability.
What legal procedures and actions are required at this point? Anybody who knows about the legal systems in Saudi Arabia?any knowledge of free legal advice and service(international) that can help on this matter?
Thanks for the assistanse.
