I wish I could've been lucky enough to see Zeppelin and was getting ready to buy tickets for their L.A. show when the announced Bohnam's death, I was sick about it.
But I did get to see some awesome bands especially living in Ca.
My favorite was by far the US Festival I mean how often can you see:
Stevie Nicks
Joe Walsh
David Bowie
U2
Little Steven & Disciples of Soul
Pretenders
Quiet Riot
Motley Crue
Triumph
Judas Priest
Ozzy
Scorpions
Van Halen
Clash
Stray Cats
All in one weekend! and that was the second year.
The first one was just as good if not better.
Jackson Brown
Jimmy Buffet
Greatful Dead
Fleetwood Mac
Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers
Cars
Eddie Money
Ramones
Police
Talking Heads
Santana
Kinks
Pat Benetar

I know there were more but that's the ones I remember.
Not bad for 2 weekends!
I went to Peace Sunday at the Rose bowl and seen Bob Dylan & Joan Biez, really cool also.

Wow, I'm envious of those who've seen so many greats! Groups like Led Zeppelin ... dang, they were kaputs by the time I could enjoy their music. I've not been to many concerts especially since being disabled but here's my paltry list!

Ted Nugent
Ozzy Osbourne
Black Crows
Whitesnake
REO Speedwagon
Yes
Molly Hatchett
Iron Maiden
Van Halen (with DLR)
Quiet Riot ... yes, I was a teen metal head in the 80s!
