I'm guessing that by the time us mere mortals hear about energy news like this, the best deals are locked in stone.   Recent deregulation in the natural gas industry, is very similar to deregulation in the long distance industry.  People started changing their long distance carriers for telephone to save a penny and too many found themselves "Slammed" by agressive telecommunications companies paying high commissions to their employees who "Slammed."   Education and Knowledge are both very powerful tools.  Have them.... and use them.
