and I'm watching my PDSC bounce around between .11 and .14 I bought at .10 so I think the next time I see .14 I'll dump it and wait for .10 to come around again. good luck mark. I read some about nationalization of oil in Venezuela and they are out to 'teach the US a lesson'. They're tired of us terrorizing the world and they are going to use oil to bring us down(?). we'll see.
