4 years ago I got a new invacare arrow with gearless brushless moters...they could not even pull me up the ramp to my house or go anywhere on the grass....the manufacturer had them pulled out and put in the old type 4 pole moters and all was fine......they may be better now because they were fairly new on the market back then.
