If I had $2000 to play with I would probably check out the chair myself.  Because it is the style that I use now.  Unfortunately it is in Virginia and I am in Arizona.  But shares are outrageously priced so that is a good deal. 
 
An additional good thing would be that you would eliminate all the crap that we have to put up with in trying to get an electric wheelchair these days.
 
The chair that I have now that looks very similar in all ways shapes and forms charged Medicare $18,000.  And that was in 1999!

Voc-Rehab paid $10,500 for my X5 I thought this was an excellent chair.
I've had mine 2 years and go places I'd never attempt in my quickie.
It's an all terrain chair with great suspension.
Just thought I'd pass on the deal I seen but if you get a chance definitely try one out.
