I remember looking into this opportunity myself when I lived in my hometown state of New York. New York State is another one of those states that only offers property tax exemptions to veterans. That is "choosing a group of people" over another group of people.
They should include a wider base of people or not do it at all.
So include New York State as one of the states that are discriminatory.

not only does Nv only offer the exemption to vets only, but because I hadn't worked enough quarters the last 5 years before I was injured for Social Security purposes, the Fed Govt doesn't consider me disabled!!!!!!!
