I've tried to send this 4 times, sorry Jong Bae for the delayed response. I am amazed at the reckless behavior of both the airlines and the Permobile Co. If I were you I would hire an attorney and fight for everything you can. I hope to he*l you have the resources to hire someone good. I'm sure the parties involved are counting on you NOt being able to defend your safety and dignity. I am also amazed at US, those of us who live this life. We put up with so frigginging much just to make it through an ordinary day. Sure some days are easy, but some seem like the most trying ever. If we try to explain our travails to others, they reply with "oh I know ho you feel" really? It's wonderful to have this list.
