Hi Bobbie,
When Medicare approved my chair they sent me a cc of the approval form and a letter they sent my provider. The letter stated that while they had approved the chair they were not signing off on the approval for 6 months to be sure everything was done right.

Hi All,Remember I told you guys about me getting a brand new Invacare Storm Series Gearless Brushless tilt/recline? Well, after using it a few weeks on and off [because I can't drive from it yet] I'm finding little things I need to change.I had the seat moved forward one inch so there is more seat under my thighs. That was done no problem. And the arm rests needed to be padded more, no problem. Now I'm telling them the back is to narrow and not padded enough. From day one I've been saying that my shoulder blades are digging into the posts for the back and their saying they will need a RX for modifications on the new chair. My question: How much time do I have for them "set" my chair up for me to be comfortable? Will I have to pay after a certain time? Which is something I am definitely will to do.Bobbie
