I've used this for years. Highly recommend it. One special feature is that it will memorize touch-tone sequences so that next time you only need push one button.

I don't really talk on the phone that often so I have never thought of getting one I could use, but last week I was looking for a phone I could use. The switch activated and environmental control systems with speaker phone cost more than I can afford at this time.
I found this program called Call Soft
http://www.mycallsoft.com/ . It downloaded the free trial version to test it. It works pretty good with my voice modem. I can call from a phone book, dial and answer the phone via speaker phone mode when it rings. One advantage it has over the free VOIP services like skype is that it can be used to call 911 since it is just phone dialer for regular phone lines. If you don't already have a voice modem, they recommend several on their web site. It cost $29.95 or $49.95 for the pro version.
