Maybe God is too busy elsewhere in the universe on one of the many millions of planets that can sustain life to worry about what goes on here on the surface of ours.  Besides, you chose this life yourself before you even came here - this was on your cosmic 'to-do' list for the completion of your karmic evolution for your eventual trip to the rapture.
