[QUAD-L] Toothpaste

I'm not too proud!   I use the stand up tube for toothpaste, unscrew the cap, suck a small amount of toothpaste in my mouth, replace cap, pick up my crest spinbrush and brush my teeth.   Having used an electric toothbrush I would not go back to a manual brush.   The dentist sees a big difference also.   GA
