Stay away from the SAT it's claims are false as well as customer reviews.
They have me on there giving a testimony that I didn't give and most of the others are false too.
Right now they are being sued by several people and states.

Looking into mattresses again. Ive found a few that look interesting. I saw them listed on this List.
SAT Looks cool, but claims its the mattress Christopher Reeves docs picked for him to use. But didnt he die partly from complications from bed sores?
SpanAmerica Ive tried air rotating mattresses before, but they were noisy, and uncomfortable. My body moved too much tonsleep.
Not sure insurance will cover it, but I go to the rehab docs in 2 weeks. I hope to get looked at for a new chair and bed.
