I can only relate in my MS situation. Fatigue plus overheating & my
body stops moving from C3 down. I can not tell when I am either hot
or tired so it is bad news for me. This fatigue would cause me not
to have the strength to continue to raise my head above the sand.
Whenever I leave the house I put a note on my door saying where I
went & what time I left. Just in case.
