Daanoo,   Just thought I'd throw my 2 cents in for what its worth.  I too met my husband online.  We just celebrated our 3 rd anniversary April 26.   I have to agree with Lori, it is the modern day equivalent of pen-pals back in the 40's. My husband chatted online via chat rooms and IM and emails for nearly year before we even decided to exchange phone numbers.     Penny
