Hi Tim,
I just got on the CBA Program here in Texas, and now my PCA has to call my Agency every morning when she gets here. She had been my PCA for over two years and never had to call in when she got here so I asked them about it. They said that by law they now have to have someone here within two hours of my start time or the State will fine them, and if they get too many fines they will lose the CBA Program. Works for me! Every State should have this in place NOW!
