I do have muscle spasms but only feel them at the point where muscle attaches to bone.
KK MS since 1960, last major episode paralyzed from C3 down.
I have no feeling from the chest down, don't even know where my body
is unless I look at it. Used to be able to walk by looking where my
feet were. awfully tiring on the poor damaged brain tho. Kept
running into walls.
