The site also says they have the right to change or edit the story as they see fit without notice to the writer.  Basically that gives them the right to make up the entire book.  What they have written there hardly looks like a legal disclaimer but why take the chance?

Thanks Eric.  That is actually the caveat which is used to protect the writer and book publsher from lawsuits.  What is more important is what the term "Property of the Site" actually means in relation to the book.
