yes you cracked my code, lol. QoV= Quad on Vent. 

True, it is a big risk. On one hand, I could possible
get of my vent and have some more independence in my
life versus the other hand, becoming worse off. I
guess you would have to think about what is truely
important to you as far as what you have already
versus losing even more if the surgery doesnt work
quite right.
