I am A C3-4 incomplete for 39 years and I have similar symptoms as
you.
I have sensation all over but not much pain below my arms. my muscles
will respond if I am poked or burned or iced but I can't really tell which it
is. I went into the ER yesterday because of a severe UTI - it got serious
in 2 days - and the pain from a swollen testicle where it settled brought a
whole new meaning to the word for me. they gave me an antibiotic shot I
never heard of and a pain killer. the oxycodone they sent home with me
makes me very nauseous so I stopped taking it. my urine has cleared up a
lot - now it looks like very strong tea rather than kalua, cream, and
mayonnaise, and ( thank goodness ) the pain is gone. I feel like a real
sissy compared to some on this list who burn or tingle 24/7 and the ones who
have no sensation at all. I always thought 'poor me' - not any more.
you guys are real inspirations to the un-defeatable human will.

Umm.. why do you ask "How long has pain been an issue" for every category? I've been a C7-T1 incomplete for 31 years (fracture C6-C7), and don't have any pain. At least none that can't be put down to just plain wear and tear. I'm sure that there are lots of us who don't have any pain.. it's just that the ones who do are more vocal about it (logical really).
