Tomorrow I go for my botox in my legs.  Before anyone ask.. For me,  yes it does  help..  I get Most of them around my knees, calves, ankles, and instep.  Hurts like hell while I get them in my feet but it does help the tension and will relax my big toe and ankle.
I was at my pulmo doc yesterday and he out right refused me for surgery or a block or any kind for surgery on my feet.  He said my muscles pushing out air of lung were too weak. . He wouldn't chance me becoming too relaxed when we had a option.
They are going to "step up the pain and muscle relaxer meds".
If someone broke in to this house,,forget the china,and the silver.
Go for the drugs and sell them for the street value  !!
