I'm one of those unfortunates that goes by his middle name. I'm William Willis on this list. Why I registered with my first name, I don't know, but I have posted fairly regularly for about 3 yrs. I have noticed that August seems to be the month for sci's.

So true. Glad you are here to look back on your experiences without looking
down. It was 32 years in September 25 for me and it is sometimes hard to
think it has been that long. Looking forward is much harder with all the
problems one can get in older quad years
. It would be great if stem cells could help some of these conditions that occurred to us that they probably have not even studied. I don't remember you
posting before, nice to meet you

Hi Larry,

Congratulations on your 35th year in quadville, I did not see your e-mail
address to send greetings to you . So I don't know that I'm familiar with you either, Larry. Good to know another quad. The summer months seem to be the
most hazardous for entering our world .

August is a popular month for spinal cord injuries.
I'm 19 years post on 11 August 2006. Those 19 years
sure look better from this end than the 1987 end.

Yesterday was my 35th anniversary as a quad. About 1 o'clock on that day
I
dived into Green River reservoir and the rest is history. Larry
