Hemmoroids? OoYes! Been there done  that. I recommend mirilax and go easy on the stimmulation. Be sure to get the suppository up high. Try using an extra preperation H  between bowel movements. Drink plenty of water. If it doesn't clear up you might want to talk to your doctor. You won't enjoy anything he does so, truly, eat salads with spinach. If your just getting blood in your stool and you have no hemmoroids, go see your doctor now. He will probably want a sample.
