FOSTERS is my favorite lube, followed by Captain Morgan, Irish Mist, or Jack Daniels.
Just one a few hours after a pain pill and I'm in the no pain zone.
Quads are VERY suscessable to wearing out their shoulder sockets as some of the muscles are not working right due to the lack of nerve connections to the brain (like tri-ceps).
Sorry, but I also have that problem and aggrevated the condition by typing all my homework through college with a pencil in an eating cuff.
Maybe you could give your shoulders a break every other day by using the P-222 for a couple of weeks?
That's what weight trainers do to build muscle (they can only repair fully after a day of not straining them).

Hey,I was wondering if anyone has found a good supplement to promote healthy lubed up joints. Ive been pushing my but 9years and have just started having some pain in right shoulder. I know rest would probally help, which I do....but Im trying to find something to take that may give my shoulders a long life. I have a p-222 power chair sitting there ready to use, but Im trying not to use much until im an older guy. Maybe Im looking at this all wrong, I just figure I should use what I got while I have it.Ron c7St. Louis30 yrs old
