well you can get the mitrofanoff as low as you want it, instead of in belly button which most do...and that is what i did....to self cath....better than a super pubic bcuz there is no attachment ot equipment!

C 5-6 female quad here, 11 years post injury. I currently have an indwelling cath. I have had to increase the size of the cath to an 18 french with 15 cc of water.  I am wondering if it is time to consider a super pubic. I’ve herd of the benefits. I have one problem. I have to wear an abdominal binder for blood pressure reasons. Will this interfere with the super pubic?
