Again, my chair had a problem. I call the repair shop, they wont see me without a doc prescription, then an ok from the insurance company. My doc wont fax in a prescription until he sees me, yet he can't get me in until next wed. So 6 days to see the doc so he will fax a prescription,. 2 days to get the ok from the insurance. Then a few days to gat an appointment. THEN, they just evaluate the chair to see what's wrong. Then send to get and ok that the insurance will pay for the parts. Then wait for the parts to get here. Then make an appointment to get it fixed. That can be 2 weeks ti fix something.I use to hate my insurance and the place in Seattle that fixed my chair, nowI miss them. I just made an appointment and went in. They fixed me with a room full of parts they had in stock. Then they billed my insurance. I was mad that if I wanted them to come to my house, It might take 2 days. Greg
What a crock of shi#!! It makes me want to scream......the bureaucracy,
mediocrity, audacity, and idiocy of it all. You can bet there will be no
delay when they want their money!
