Hi Diane,

And I've found that parts of my body that I hurt post SCI aches a lot more as time passes.  Age puts a strain on the body of someone with a SCI.

Speaking of time passing, I recently started medication for osteoporosis, should have started long ago but anyway....do any of you think we have this sci pain due to this & bad joints from sitting? We can't feel or pinpoint what's the problem ( I can't anyway) such as an ingrown to 'whatever' so my body redirects the pain to where i can feel or I get increased leg spasms. I don't get the burning or pins & needles type pain but tightness & stiffness which if it gets too bad, i get stomach & back spasms. I then take a few more meds that I already maxed for the day. I tried pot but it didn't work here.
Diane
