Where did you hear about the medicaid waiver being dropped? I hope not, my
case-manager is trying to get me on it because they are doing away with Choice
Services. I had more bad news yesterday, my main caregiver Ken had a heart
attack & ran off the road into a ditch. Thank goodness his Fiancce was in
the car too & called 911. I haven't heard anything more about him. It just
breaks my heart because Ken has taken care of me for 7 yrs. He took
care of me Friday nite & I begged him to go to the ER to get
checked out, but he is a stuborn man! My other main cairgiver was just
released from the hospital for mental reasons & has not been released to
come back to work. She is not 100% better yet. This is not good, the
Nursing Agency is really hurting for workers. So everyone please keep Ken &
Liz in your prayers

Hi Ya'll,
Thanks for all of your support! My Nursing Service is not dropping us
now thankgoodness, only Medicaid Waiver & Choice Services. So now I have to
get my Homemaker thru another company. Life as a quad, there is always
something!
