That, my friend, was good advise in 1957. But with new wheelchair
technology, smart chargers and gel batteries, it doesn't apply.
Actually, with the new systems of charging, if you let the combined volts
drop below 20.8 volts, your smart charger gets really dumb and doesn't know what
to do when plugged in.
Should that occur, you have to isolate each battery and slow trickle charge
each one until it reaches 12 volts, then hook them up together again and charge
as normal.
Smart charging system like a lot of small jobs, but nothing big and
major.
