This is very true.  My simple problem I had last week was the result of having to aggressively change my catheter.  My brother accidentally put the catheter and a little too far and stirred up some of the bacteria which dwells within my bladder.  For some reason a catheter going into far and moving the stones around seems to cause this problem every time.  I irrigate almost daily, but this does not stir of the bacteria.  Perhaps I just need to be a little more careful.  :-)
