BEST in most disabled products is many times just a matter of opinions---such as some hate one type of powerchair while others love the same brand. And like Chet said everyone's body and needs are different. Myself I had roho 9 years now with no problems so far, but I have never tried any others either.....about my only complaint with the roho is that if you have them too full of air--It is very hard to maintain balance, so be sure not to over inflate them.
